Gifted Hands Community Health (GHCHNJ) is a community-based organization committed to improving the quality of life for individuals and families across New Jersey through compassionate care, education, and support services.
We are proud to be a DDD-approved provider, delivering essential supports and services to individuals with developmental disabilities. Through our work with the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD), we help promote independence, dignity, and inclusion for the people we serve.
At Gifted Hands Community Health, our mission extends beyond disability services. We also serve the broader community by connecting individuals to vital resources such as health education, workforce development programs, job readiness training, and social support services. Our goal is to empower people with the tools they need to build stable, healthy, and successful lives.
We believe that strong communities are built through care, opportunity, and collaboration.
