We are hiring for dedicated professionals in the following areas:
Direct Support Professionals (DSP)
Provide hands-on support to individuals with developmental disabilities in daily living activities, community participation, and personal goal achievement.
Individual Supports Staff
Assist individuals one-on-one in their homes and community settings to promote independence, safety, and life skills development.
Residential Support Staff
Work in group home or residential settings providing daily care, supervision, and support to individuals in a home-like environment.
Home Health Aides (HHA)
Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, mobility support, and companionship.
Occupational Therapy Assistants / Support Staff
Support therapeutic programs that help individuals improve daily functioning and independence.
Administrative & Office Support
Assist with scheduling, intake, documentation, compliance, and program coordination.
Community Outreach & Program Coordinators
Help connect individuals and families to services, resources, training programs, and community events.
Training & Career Development
We support staff growth through:
On-the-job training
CPR & First Aid certification guidance
DSP certification support
Professional development workshops
